We regard ourselves as a luxury and traditional corset company.  Our custom made wedding and bridal corsets are authentic in their tight lacing – the old fashioned ‘knee in the back’ !!

Our corsets are authentically made using traditional methods and procedures – they are truly amazing. We specialise in a variety of different styles across the ages and generations from the Victorian era to the Edwardian era, the Burlesque and Belle epoque eras are also considered.  We have styled them in such a way that they are still acceptable and affordable for the modern woman and a luxury and delight to wear on your wedding day.

Our range of corsets are absolutely perfect for any wedding. They are all fully adjustable and can be tightened or loosened off at the rear. Our corsets allow you the extra inch gained or lost before your wedding day so you don’t need to stress out too much about keeping your weight in those final weeks. That’s the time when you are most stressed and a time to be able to relax in the knowledge that all is in hand.

Our corsets are made in a variety of fabrics from the finest duchess satin to leather, suede, pvc and indeed cotton woven coutil fabric, which is an old fashioned ribbed cord type fabric. We do not have zips or hook and eyes we are traditional in the sense that we are ‘old school’ – knee in the back style corsetry. Our corsets are all rear laced with bootlaces.

Many of our brides choose to stick with the traditional ivory and white colours. However, it is also a nice idea to choose a colour that is simply, well, ‘not traditional’ in colour. We have candy pink, deep purple, royal blue, black, vintage gold, bright red and soft peach. With today’s wedding dresses being relatively thick in material, these bright colours do not stand a chance of showing through. Plus the bride still has a fabulous garment that she can wear after her wedding night with jeans, trousers or a skirt.

We do have many customers contacting us as they have been disheartened with the choice of bridal lingerie on the high street. It is also disappointing to know that there are a lot of companies on the internet – not particularly based in England that whilst their websites and photographs look fabulous, the finished product is less than acceptable. Normally, this is reflected in the price, but not always!

Some basques, corsets and bustiers that can be bought on the high street or indeed in bridal shops simply do not achieve the effect that our steel boned corsets can achieve. Over time the corset will mould to your own body shape and we do say never to lend your corset to another person. In reality, once pulled tight it is the steel boning that is doing a lot of the work, as well as giving you amazing posture and pose on the day.
